Based on this, it is similar to both an assassin and a ranger, although in my opinion it's less assasinish because you want the blade to be hidden, not in sight (unless you have a LOT of them, then it doesn't matter). It seems to be randomly which location of the possible 5 you get shown, but at each should be Supply Crates, which tell you that the person who let the crates there still must be nearby. He then gives you a Bounty notice to kill a bandit leader. You have to bring them to Shining Blade Officer Ralan in Divinitys Reach (). If you kill Bandits you will get a drop of Encoded Orders.
